We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person, with a desire to make a difference for individuals and families by helping them to protect their assets.
Please only apply if you have a property and casualty insurance license as we are seeking experienced candidates only.
Allstate experience is a plus.
You will sell and market our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. The agency has a successful colossal marketing plan that provides unlimited Live Transfer Leads from telemarketing firms for our sales people to quote and close.
We offer a salary, plus a very generous commission plan, and a 401k with a 3% company match. Working from home may be an option depending on the candidate and location.

Responsibilities
- Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personalgoals.
- Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources.
Requirement
- Currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must overcome typical customer sales objections.
