We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney 3+ years experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Family, Divorce and Domestic Violence law.

Compensation :
$85,256 - $93,520 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Conduct legal research and analysis in various practice areas
- Assist in drafting legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and motions
- Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
- Manage client relationships and provide legal advice and counsel
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal matters
- Manage a large case load and be updating clients on the status of their cases
- Rotating weekend on call duties
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Strong knowledge of Family, Divorce and Domestic Violence law
- Experience working in a law office setting
- Ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to litigate cases effectively
- Ability to speak Spanish and English fluently, preferred not required.
