Compensation & Incentives :

• $25.00-$41.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

How you'll contribute to the team :

This team member will perform dispatched service calls to diagnose, repair, replace, and install plumbing equipment and piping systems for residential and commercial clients.

Working independently under the guidance of the Service Support Team and Manager, the role involves troubleshooting various plumbing issues, maintaining a safe driving record while operating a service truck, documenting job details electronically, restocking the service van, and promoting company services enthusiastically.

The position also requires heavy lifting, tool operation, and a commitment to personal and team improvement through safety awareness, teamwork, and cooperation.

Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

What you'll bring to the table :

The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring professional interactions with clients and delivering exceptional customer service.

They demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing and repairing diverse plumbing issues, utilizing a range of tools and equipment.

Their ability to analyze problems and devise effective solutions showcases strong troubleshooting skills. Maintaining a professional appearance is essential, and they should have their own hand and cordless tools, with test instruments provided.

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are also required.

How you'll qualify :

The ideal candidate should hold a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, with preference given to those with vocational or community college coursework in plumbing or equivalent experience.

With at least 5 years of experience in the plumbing service trade, they must maintain or be capable of acquiring South Dakota and Sioux Falls Journeyman plumbing licenses.

Knowledge of boiler control and operation is advantageous.

What to expect in the field :

The role requires physical attributes such as strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina to fulfill tasks across different environments.

Candidates should be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50lbs and pushing or pulling loads of the same weight. They must be prepared to work in varying weather conditions and at heights, using ladders or lifts for extended periods.

Regular use of hand tools and maintaining mental clarity in diverse customer and technical scenarios is essential. If offered a position with the company, you will be required to undergo and pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.
