Location East Greenbush, New York, United States of America Category Industrial Operations and Product Supply Job Id R9222 JOB DESCRIPTION We are currently looking for a Warehouse Data Associate with a Wednesday-Saturday 8 : 00 a.

m.-6 : 30 p.m. shift. Our Warehouse Data Associates support warehouse operations by maintaining records (paper and electronic) concerned with quantity, cost, and type of material received, in stock, or issued.

As a Warehouse Data Associate, a typical day might include the following :

• Scheduling deliveries of incoming raw materials.
• Performing Move Order allocations.
• Performing transactions in our OPM system related to the receipt, storage, movement, transfer, and shipment of materials and inventory.
• Performing set up of new system locations.
• Assisting with cycle counting of inventory.
• Investigating inventory issues as needed.
• Performing inventory adjustments to maintain accurate on-hand inventory balances.
• Assisting with database documentation, including creation of User Requirement Specifications; assisting with the development of Functional Requirement Specifications and Detail Design Specifications;

assisting with Testing of Functional Requirement Specifications.

• Assisting with the generation of labels for received inventory.
• Keeping an eye on raw material expiry dates and investigating causes for discrepancies; correcting and reporting causes.
• Participating in the Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) program.

To be considered for this position you must have a high school diploma; Associate degree is preferred. Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, or others preferred.

Experience in a cGMP environment is highly desirable.
