We handle large-loss, high stakes cases and the pre-litigation case manager plays a vital role in our success by handling tasks such as communicating with adjusters, tracking medical treatment, updating clients, and making sure our cases are organized at all times.

A Day in the Life :
You will be working closely with the attorney assisting in the management of your clients’ personal injury claims from beginning to end.
You will send correspondence, prepare demand packages, and send other communication to adjusters at the direction of the attorney.
You will make sure we have a complete case file by gathering all medical records and other documents needed to assist the attorneys in negotiating the case.
You will return client emails, text messages and phone calls throughout the day.
