Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (Med Surg RN) for a travel assignment in Wisconsin Rapids, WI.

Responsibilities :
- Provide prehensive care to patients recovering from surgery or managing acute medical conditions.
- Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and municate any changes in condition.
Qualifications :
- Active RN license in Wisconsin.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Med Surg experience.
- BLS certification required.
- Strong clinical and munication skills.
