IT Project Manager

The Opportunity :

We're looking for someone like you to work with an Agile team as they develop digital products to support our clients' most pressing missions, propel business analytics and processes forward, and delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.

In this role, you'll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You'll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have :

  • Experience with gathering and writing business or software requirements
  • Experience working collaboratively with team members, government clients, and stakeholders
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge and use of Agile Methodology
  • Knowledge of the software development life cycle
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Ability to perform in a high paced work environment with multiple competing priorities
  • TS / SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have :

  • Experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC)
  • Experience with using Visio
  • Experience with Agile tools, including Jira
  • Experience with writing technical requirements as features or user stories
  • Experience with business process improvement and working and collaborating with technical staff and engineers
  • Experience with systems engineering or software development
  • Knowledge of Agile development
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent documentation, organization, interpersonal, and analytical skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
