Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team and help ensure the highest quality standards for our software products.

As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Revenova, LLC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our TMS solutions.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans and test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and working closely with the development team to resolve issues.

Your attention to detail and passion for quality will help us deliver robust and reliable software to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and evaluate cases based on software requirements and technical specifications.
• Perform manual and automated testing of web-based and mobile applications to ensure functionality, usability, performance, and security.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking systems, and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regression testing to verify that new features and bug fixes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
• Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on software quality and testability.
• Create and maintain manual and automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Junit, or similar.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and provide input on quality and testability.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software quality assurance and testing.

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools such as Selenium, Junit, TestNG, or similar.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with performance and / or security testing is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in the TMS or logistics industry.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
