Our Federal client islooking for several Customer Support Specialists for a 1 yearcontract role in Atlanta GA. This is a 100% work from home positionwith the professionals working 40 hours a week.
The Shift mayinclude day and evening timings until midnight and also weekends.The position pays $16.65 / hour.
Note There will be a basic 101 computer assessment test and a zoom orteams call with the individuals to check the videoquality.
Theprofessionals will receive inbound calls from the public and assistcustomers with various health related inquiries. The CustomerSupport Specialists will utilize various databases and writtenmaterials to look up and provide information to telephoneinquiries.
The right candidates will need to meet the followingqualifications :
High School diploma or GEDrequired
Minimum six (6) months customerservice / administrative / call center experiencerequired
Must be able to speak English clearly andprofessionally
Bilingual candidates will receive priorityconsideration
Proven verbal and written communicationskills amust
Experience working with a PC and a Windowsenvironmentrequired
Ability to effectively work withinestablished contractual turnaround timesrequired
Must have demonstrated excellentinterpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to organizesimultaneoustasks
Proven ability to work as a member of ateam isrequired
