Outgoing, bold, and energetic personality – emcees, hype people, athletes, and performers strongly encouraged to apply. Comfortable on a microphone and in front of crowds. Experience in live events, brand activations, or public speaking a plus. Ability to take direction and work as part of a high-energy team. Professional, punctual, and reliable. Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Available on weekends and / or school breaks in South Bend, IN and Chicago, IL. We're the University’s Tailgate Service Provider and a leading VIP hospitality & experiential
agency, serving tens of thousands of Notre Dame fans each season and partnering with top
consumer brands to create unforgettable live activations. We are adding to our roster of
Brand Ambassadors – show-stopping personalities who light up a crowd, drive sponsor
moments, and keep energy high from gates-open to the final play. If you’ve got stage
presence, love the mic, and thrive on live interaction, we want you to join our roster of more
than 200 “Gamers” who bring our events to life and showcase our client brands.
This is a performance-based, highly engaging role – perfect for those with emcee
backgrounds, live event hosting experience, or anyone who thrives in the spotlight.
Key Responsibilities :
- Crowd Engagement : Be the face of the activation – interact with students, fans, and alumni to create high-energy moments and memorable brand interactions.
- Activation Leadership : Run contests, call-and-response, photo ops, chants, giveaways, fan tunnels, and on-the-spot bits that keep people moving and smiling.
- Sponsor Moments : Hit clean, branded reads, integrate product features, and execute promo mechanics (QR, sampling, scans) while staying on-message.
- VIP Hospitality : Greet high-value guests, facilitate premium experiences, and keep
the vibe elevated and on-brand.
