What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Monitor and coordinate communication between security personnel and campus staff using radios, telephones, and computer systems.Dispatch security-related personnel to various locations on campus in response to incidents, emergencies, and routine requests.Document and log all calls, incidents, and dispatch activities accurately and in a timely manner.Assist in monitoring access control systems, alarms, and video surveillance feeds to help to deter unauthorized activity on campus.Communicate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as required, following site-specific procedures.Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from students, faculty, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.Remain aware of ongoing campus activities and relay relevant information to Allied Universal team members as needed.Support campus emergency response activities by initiating appropriate notifications and following established protocols.What We're Looking For :

Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.Must be at least 21 years of age.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Possession of a valid Guard Card or license is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
