Our client is seeking an experienced, driven, senior-level Financial Advisor to join their rapidly growing wealth management and tax (RIA) firm in several key locations across the U.

Key Responsibilities :
- Service some of the firm's existing clients and onboard new clients.
- Demonstrate proficiency in sales and new business development skills by driving and closing new business and contributing to the growth of the firm.
- Integrate the advice of CFAs, CPAs, and JDs into client relationships.
- Work with HNW individual clients with assets exceeding $3M, families, and businesses to meet long-term investment and financial goals including retirement and estate planning, trusts, retirement, and insurance planning with a strong emphasis on tax reduction.
- Develop comprehensive plans for clients and assist them in all phases of implementation.
Required Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation is required.
- 7+ years of professional work experience in wealth management, financial services, and estate planning from a reputable financial services or wealth management firm.
- 4+ years of recent, notable experience working with high net-worth individuals with assets exceeding $3M.
- Proven record of accomplishment in business development and sales, including significantly contributing to the growth of a firm.
- Expertise in a wide range of financial areas, including trusts, estates, tax, retirement, insurance, investment, and cash flow / capital needs planning analysis.
- Unwavering commitment to integrity in both personal and professional endeavors.
- Strong business development and consulting background and experience is required.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, high-growth business environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Capacity to manage substantial workloads and multiple projects, often with time-sensitive requirements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with tight-knit team of professionals engaged in various financial and tax-related activities.
