ABS Group is currently searching for enthusiastic, highly motivated leaders with strong organizational skills to join our Department of Homeland Security (DHS) National Risk Management Center’s (NRMC) Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) team in Washington, DC, and support CISA in leading the national effort to protect and enhance the resilience of the nation’s physical and cyber infrastructure.
The Supply Chain Risk Analyst supports development of NRMC’s supply chain risk assessments with comprehensive analysis of strategic and operational issues.
They are responsible to evaluate, collect, and organize information relevant to the development or use of analytic workflows to produce data-driven supply chain risk analytics.
Working Schedule
The preferred candidate for this position should be located in the DMV Metro area and open to work a minimum of two () days at the client site.
What You Will Do :
- Research threats, vulnerabilities, consequences, and mitigation in support of NRMC’s supply chain risk assessment capabilities, including assessing potential risks from hardware and software vendors and ICT service providers and potential risks to the supply of raw materials and finished products supporting critical infrastructure owners and operators.
- Strategically distill significant amounts of research and order data sets, including review of intelligence collection and threat analyses, into succinct reporting formats specific to problem sets, classification parameters, and audiences at hand.
- Track existing and emerging policy developments (, Executive Orders, legislation, interagency agreements, etc.) to support the development and refinement of supply chain analytical requirements.
- Coordinate and lead in the development of pre-planned analytic reports and studies in support of NRMC’s supply chain program.
- Develop briefing materials and recommendations for decision makers on the impacts of various courses of supply chain risk reduction activities
- Participate in internal risk and data analysis discussions as required by NRMC management
What You Will Need :
Education and Experience
- Years of experience in intelligence collection, analysis, and supply chain risk management. High School Diploma / GED : years of experience Associate degree : years of experience Bachelor’s Degree : years of experience Master’s Degree : years of experience
- Strong background in supply chain risk management and supply chain logistics.
- Active Top-Secret Clearance.
- Must be eligible to retain Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility / access.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of CISA NRMC mission and operating environment preferred.
- Ability to distill intelligence and other data from across Task Areas to develop reporting materials and products for NRMC Leadership and management.
- Ability to participate in risk analysis discussions with NRMC Customers and professionally represent the team during Customer and staff meetings and interactions.
- Ability to apply experience across multiple, complex work assignments that may be broad in nature.
- Must be innovative and operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
Reporting Relationships :
Reports to the Senior Program Manager and will have no direct reports.
