Apply now for the position of Senior Accountant ,and you will join The Shared Service Accounting organization provides accountingsupport and direction on various accounting operations to the operatingcompanies.

The accountant will work directly with the business on very complexaccounting activities in accounting (IFRS 15, IFRS 16), logistic processes,migration / projects, account reconciliation and preparation / and approve journalentries.

This is a hybrid position in our Malvern, PA office.

Your Role :

• Provide direction and support to the BusinessUnits for General Accounting Month-end and Quarterly closing on various ERPsystems i.e., SAP, Oracle.
• Build and maintain customer relations andprovide support to various Business units and other department.
• Support any training effort to the business based on guidelines.
• Performs complex analyses of financial processflow to validate controls, harmonize processes, increase efficiencies, andensure accuracy of financial transactions.
• Provide direction and support on inventorytransactions, and ensuring accurate and timely recording, including review of reserves,record to ensure data integrity, physical inventory, investigating andreconciling discrepancies.
• Review and approve very complex entries inaccordance with IFRS.
• Preparation and submittal of monthly andquarterly financial statement and analytics within strict timelines.
• Coordination and preparation of Federal, Stateand Property Tax Reports.
• Participation in ad hoc projects includingmulti-phase integration projects.

Your Expertise :

• Knowledge of IFRS Accounting Standards and ofSiemens Financial Reporting Guidelines preferred but not required.
• Experience in addressing and resolvingnon-routine / complex accounting topics in a timely manner and satisfactoryconclusions, working with senior management and all levels of operationalmanagement.
• Able to multi-task, prioritize and workindependently or as part of a team.
• Proven written and verbal communication skillsin order to clearly communicate and present unusual and / or complex concepts orissues in a convincing manner across all levels of management.
• Project management skills - ability tostructure, control and drive projects to successful completion. Support.internal controls processes as they relate to various areas of accounting (i.

e.,General Accounting, IFRS15, IFRS16, Reporting, Inventory, etc.)

Required Skills, Education and Experience for thisposition :

• BS / BA in related discipline, or advanced degree,where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certification may be required in some areas.
• 5-7 year’s public or 7 plus private accountingexperience.
• Proficiency with standard ERP systems (i.e.,SAP, Oracle).
• Expert with Microsoft Tools i.e., Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Access etc.
