We are growing and currently looking for a communicative, creative and results oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager .
Job Duties :
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to put appointments on the calendar.
- Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print, digital, direct mail, social media, and other direct marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the current team to Manage the website, taking into account design, SEO, KPIs, and other measurements to determine the best course of action that maximizes website performance.
- Evaluate marketing initiatives and adjust marketing strategy to ensure continued growth.
- Create annual marketing plans within the framework of budgets and marketing goals
- Manage social media accounts, ensuring a growing engagement over time.
- Drive direct marketing strategies that increase calendar appointments.
- Develop and implement Guerilla Marketing Strategies
- Experiment with new ways to leverage channels like Next Door, YouTube, etc.
- Manage appointment generators
- Monitor and reply to social media posts from customers.
Work Hours : 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm, Monday through Friday; there will be events in the evenings or on weekends to attend
This position reports directly to the CEO.
Base Salary : $75,000 - $100,000+ with bonus potential depending on experience & performance

Required Qualifications / Competencies :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business is preferred
- Multiple years in the Marketing field
- Ability to analyze data and develop a strategy based on it
- Experience with referral programs is a plus
- CRM database experience
- High communicator via phone and email
- Innovative, curious, and highly motivated
- In-home services or similar industry experience is a plus
- Google certifications are a plus
