Director, APAC Region Sales & Marketing, Sales & Marketing 1 regular full-time position, located in the APAC region or Logan, UT

What Youll Work On
The Regional Director develops and executes sales strategies, activities, and policies to manage business operations and grow revenue in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region in accordance with Campbell Scientifics goals, objectives, and policies.
This individual is responsible for building, directing, and enabling a high-performing team of trusted advisors who help clients succeed.
Youll Support Your Team by Performing the Following Key Tasks
- Create and maintain a strong culture in accordance with Campbell Scientifics core ARCTIC valuesAccountable, Respectful, Client-Centric, Team Player, Innovative, Continually Improve.
- Direct efforts to identify and win environmental, renewable energy, and infrastructure sales opportunities in the APAC region.
- Collaborate with market division leadership to create and own the sales plan and revenue budget for the APAC region.
- Oversee the deployment and allocation of sales and client service resources in APAC in support of the Campbell Scientific strategy.
- Manage the APAC region expense budget to achieve region profit targets.
- Manage the organizations business operations in the APAC region.
- Consistently deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Build practitioner knowledge and market intelligence in sales and client service teams so that client needs are understood, trends identified, and the company is winning in the markets in which we compete.
- Build and foster relationships that create trust, open dialogue, and full transparency.
- Motivate the APAC team to act and engage them with a compelling mission and vision.
- Drive outcomes with the ability to overcome adversity and resistance.
- Ensure every sales team member in the APAC Region has clear accountability.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelors degree in engineering or scientific field.
- Masters degree in business administration or equivalent business management experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing teams and organizations.
- Leadership experience in the field of environmental instrumentation and data solutions preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the year.
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships and network effectively within the industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams to close sales and meet revenue targets.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead people.
- Strong understanding of financial reports and ability to analyze financial data.
- Excellent knowledge of Campbell Scientific offerings preferred.
Work Environment Office work environment and travel environment (travelling to meet with clients, potential clients and to conferences).
Physical Requirements Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to travel internationally on a regular basis.
