ServiceMaster Restore is hiring a highly skilled Project Manager for our Construction Division!

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction restoration projects.
What youll be doing - Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage client service schedules.
- Oversee and coordinate project production.
- Schedule and communicate with both in-house tradesmen and subcontractors.
- Maintain project records and track all billable events.
- Interface with adjusters and customers to address issues and provide updates.
- Ensure consistent, professional communication with all stakeholders.
- Prepare documentation and photos for insurance reimbursement.
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters.
- Keep projects on time and within budget.

- Communicate clearly and effectively.
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Are proficient with computers, cell phones, and adaptable to new software.
- Have a basic understanding of construction, building materials, and flooring.
- Have experience in the restoration industry and in writing estimates with Xactimate or similar software.
What we require of you Must haves :
- Must be able to pass background and pre-employment drug screening
- Must have an Oregon Driver's License with a clean driving record

- Starting Base Salary - $60,000-$66,000 per year depending on experience
