Job Description :
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience leading Oracle ERP / EBS implementations with a strong focus on Financials.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Oracle ERP / EBS projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and on budget.
This is an onsite role located in North Carolina .
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead endtoend Oracle ERP / EBS implementation projects with a primary focus on Financials .
- Develop and manage project plans timelines budgets and resources to meet objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope goals and deliverables.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration across various departments.
- Oversee the configuration customization and deployment of Oracle ERP Financial modules (GL AP AR FA etc.).
- Identify and mitigate risks and ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Lead project meetings provide status updates and communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and serve as the main point of contact for all projectrelated inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct postimplementation reviews and ensure continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor s degree in Business Information Technology or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
- 8 years of experience in project management specifically leading Oracle ERP / EBS implementations with a focus on Financials .
- Proven experience with Oracle Financials modules (GL AP AR FA).
- Strong understanding of project management odologies (Agile Waterfall).
- Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal ss.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution ss.
- PMP or similar certification is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in Oracle Cloud Financials .
- Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g. healthcare finance).
- Knowledge of other Oracle ERP modules (Supply Chain HR etc.).
Work Environment :
- This is an onsite role based in North Carolina . Candidates must be willing to relocate or already reside in the area.
- Some travel may be required depending on project needs.
