A Workover Rig Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and leadership of their assigned rig and maintains productivity standards and works closely with customers ensuring services are being safely provided.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Plans delivery of service including review of equipment, supplies, and customer specification in preparation for scheduled jobs
• Supervises daily field operations for assigned team and ensures quality deliver to meet customer demands
• Ensures quality customer relationships on location
• Manages the performance of their rig operations
• Attends and participated in safety meetings
• Understand and comply with company, customer, and health / safety policies, and any other regulations that are required
• Reports any and all incidents immediately
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Performs other duties as directed by management
