We are looking for an exceptional go-getter to join the NEXT Insurance team as Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help our small business customers not only reach their goals, but exceed them!

This role will help strategize and execute our data-driven lifecycle initiatives across multiple channels, measure performance, and run experiments to continually optimize customer engagements.

A self-starter who proactively chases new ideas and opportunities, loves to build, and moves with high velocity. Collaborating intimately across product, data, engineering, and other areas of marketing will be a core exercise to success.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead, help, and support strategic development to convert, cross-sell / upsell, retain, and winback along the customer journey.
  • Responsible for defining and executing lifecycle initiatives, including email, SMS, and direct mail.
  • Analyze performance metrics, including open rates, click rates, impacts to KPIs and revenue goals, and track weekly and monthly trends.
  • Design and run experiments to gain insights and drive incremental lifts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, data, engineering as well as inter-teams within marketing.

What We Need :

  • Minimum of 7 years in lifecycle marketing including lead conversion, cross-sell, retention
  • Leverage data to trigger and personalize engagements
  • Hands-on execution experience using tools like Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, though Bloomreach is ideal
  • Strong analytical skills to gain insights and measure impact, lift, and attribution
  • Audience segmentation to target and customize engagements
  • Has worked in dynamic and fast-paced environments while wearing multiple hats
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills, adept at seamlessly managing multiple projects

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the location(s) listed.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

NEXT employees are eligible to participate in our equity incentive program and will also receive our benefits package, consisting of our partially subsidized medical plan, fully subsidized vision / dental options, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), flexible paid time off, parental leave and more.

US annual base salary range for this full-time position :

$140,000-$190,000 USD
