School Based, Occupational Therapist - '22-'23 School Year - Burien, WA

Soliant has partnered with a great school district near Burien, WA. We are looking to bring in an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services for the duration of the uping school year.
The ideal candidate will work with students in a school based setting, full time. Directors are actively interviewing, apply today!

Qualifications :
- Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- Active Washington, state licensure
- Experience in school based settings (preferred)
- Pediatric experience (required)
Responsibilities :
- Perform appropriate assessment(s) of students physical, emotional, cognitive, and sensory abilities to evaluate the necessity of skilled occupational therapy intervention needed
- Utilize data obtained to create OT portions of IEP for each student within caseload
- Educate student, family members, and other care givers about the individualized treatment plan created for the student and how it applies in each environment
- You must work well in an interdisciplinary environment, municate professionally, maintain a good working relationship with the administrative team, and interdisciplinary therapist
- Demonstrate flexibility to ensure student needs are being met
- Ensure documentation is pleted in a thorough, accurate and timely manner. Documentation is to be done in accordance with state guidelines and pany policy

- Full Time (37.5 hours / week)
- In Person Learning, onsite
- Caseload : K-12
