There is a greatstarting base pay (paid weekly) that isn’t based on sales orresults, but incentives are possible based on performance.
We workwith Cutco products that are used in the home focusing on thekitchen and some gardening tools as well. Previous experience &knowledge about home goods isn’t needed.
We provide all of thetools and training needed for success. Position Details : -Excellent pay $20.00 base-appt not based on sales.
We have acommission structure set up based on performance. Paid weekly.There is an opportunity to make more, but there is still a fallback for the sales rep to make an income even if they have an offweek.
Solid training We’ve been training people to do well forover 40 years. Even if someone doesn’t decide to stay with us longterm, the sales, networking, & communication skills they buildare needed for any field.
Reps can start with people they arecomfortable with and expand from there. - Flexible scheduling Wehelp our reps create a schedule that works best for them.
Some workas much as possible, some work part time, while others choose towork a flexible schedule around other commitments such as classes,sports, jobs, or family obligations.
Choice of location Salesreps work from home and locally after training. Most meetings andtraining are held in the office.
Basic Requirements : - Enjoyworking with people - All ages eighteen plus or seventeen and ahigh school graduate - Conditions apply - Able to start within thenext 7 10 days - Willing to learn and apply new skills.
