A proven record of selling luxury remodels, design-build projects, or high-end real estate portfolios A comprehensive Rolodex of real estate brokers and wealth management advisors that fuels your referral pipeline. Fluency in architectural drawings, construction lingo, and premium materials. A designer's eye for proportion, texture, and flow. Self-motivated and innovative thinking and approach to reaching potential clients CRM savvy, and the hustle to juggle multiple marquee projects. Proven track record in luxury remodeling, design-build sales, or high-end real estate. Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to connect with affluent clientele. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Knowledge of architectural plans, construction processes, and premium materials. Passion for design and an eye for aesthetic details. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and basic project management tools is a plus. Overview
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Remodeling Design-Build Sales Consultant to join our elite team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating client relationships, understanding their unique vision, and guiding them through the remodeling process from concept to completion. Your ability to sell luxury experiences within the real estate market, strong design sensibilities, and a consultative approach will be key to your success.

Responsibilities
- Generate and nurture leads through networking, referrals, and marketing channels.
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess clients' needs, preferences, and project scope.
- Be prepared to generate leads through direct sales efforts in networking and past clients or contacts
- Develop and present customized design-build solutions aligning with clients' lifestyles and budgets.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless execution.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and close high-value deals with confidence.
- Maintain a deep understanding of luxury design trends, materials, and finishes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while upholding the brand's reputation for quality and integrity.
