Diploma or transcripts on highest degree earned required.EXPERIENCE / TRAINING : Minimum 2 years hospital pharmacy experience is preferred. For Anticoagulation Dept : Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician in an acute care hospital, preferred. CPhT issued by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) preferred.LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS : Required : Current Registered Pharmacy Technician License issued by California State Board of Pharmacy.Preferred : CPhT issued by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).SKILLS : Aseptic Technique, Chemotherapy Compounding Certification, Competency in specialized equipment (Automated Dispensing and Cadet Unit Dosing Machines).
