We are currently seeking a Tax Associate / Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong tax law knowledge and experience, along with excellent communication skills and a dedication to providing top-notch legal services.
In this role, you will be responsible for advising clients on various tax matters, including estate planning and business transactions.
Requirements : preferred in Taxation or Estate Planning
New Jersey admission is required
3+ years of experience as a Tax Associate / Attorney
Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
Excellent oral and written communication skillsResponsibilities :
As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for :
Providing tax-related advice to clients on complex matters such as estate planning, business transactions, and tax controversy representation.
Conducting thorough research on relevant laws and regulations to ensure accurate counsel is given.
Drafting documents related to tax issues such as trust agreements, partnership agreements, corporate documents, etc.
Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues in order to provide exceptional service.
