Job Title : Bilingual Warehouse Manager Cabinet Wholesale Distribution Facility
Location : Columbus, OH
Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
Pay Rate : $19 - $20 per hour
Job Overview :
We are seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in our cabinet wholesale distribution facility.
This role will supervise and manage 30-40 associates, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of work across the facility.
The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English / Spanish), have leadership experience, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and lead a team of 30-40 associates throughout the distribution facility.
- Ensure efficient workflow, task delegation, and productivity.
- Monitor safety procedures and ensure PPE compliance.
- Collaborate with management to meet operational goals and deadlines.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and coaching.
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Communicate with both English- and Spanish-speaking staff effectively.
Qualifications :
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Familiarity with distribution, logistics, or warehouse environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
