Our stylist average $34 / hr with commission on services and products. Benefit that our stylist can qualify for include insurance, paid time off, and retirement.
Stylist that are new to THI will receive a tool kit which includes clippers, trimmers, shears, and more. We love to cut hair, have fun at work, and continue our education and most importantly provide GREAT customer service.

Hair Stylist / Barber Qualifications :
- Cosmetology and / or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state / province)
- The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
- The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don’t worry, training is provided)
- The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
