Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect with expertise in AI / ML to design and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance customer experiences across omnichannel platforms.
The role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, NLP, and healthcare regulations, with a focus on reducing human interaction and personalizing user interactions.

Responsibilities :
- Lead the design of AI-based solutions for omnichannel customer experiences (web, mobile, chatbots, voice, etc.).
- Ensure alignment of AI solutions with enterprise architecture and industry best practices.
- Prepare conceptual designs and architecture systems leveraging AI / ML, NLP, and GenAI technologies.
- Stay updated on AI advancements and healthcare technology trends by reviewing whitepapers and industry reports.
- Evaluate new AI technologies and propose innovations to meet business and market needs.
- Translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions through collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Present AI strategies to stakeholders and demonstrate business value.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and UX teams to architect end-to-end AI systems.
- Maintain architecture documentation, including AI model lifecycles, data flow diagrams, and integration plans.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on AI and machine learning.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and predictive analytics.
- Knowledge of AI limitations, including governance and bias.
- Experience in reviewing technical whitepapers to inform AI strategy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
