Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong follow-up and client management abilities. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Producer . This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong sales acumen and a passion for helping clients find the right insurance solutions. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and close new insurance business.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent service.
- Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and policy options.
- Work collaboratively with underwriters and service teams.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, carrier products, and compliance regulations.
