Job Description :
- Provide high-quality care to patients in the emergency room setting.
- Triage patients according to acuity level and treatment protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and reactions to treatment.
- Administer medications and perform emergency procedures when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing support and education.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Adhere to dress code requirements, wearing appropriate scrubs for shifts.
Candidates should have strong clinical skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to delivering compassionate patient care.
