Job Responsibilities
- Provide a professional customer service experience to all customers that enter Carl Black Automotive.
- Must be proficient with technology relating to telephone systems and PC knowledge.
- Provide receptionist,administrative,and secretarial support .
- Operate multi-line Polycom telephone system to answer incoming telephone calls to determine the purpose of the call and transfer the caller to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Welcome on-site visitors to determine the nature of there business and announce visitors to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform various clerical duties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- Be a multi-tasker.
- Excellent customer service skills.
