Volt is immediately hiring for an Senior Accountant in Santa Ana, CA.

Competitive Pay / Market Leader / Overtime

As an Senior Accountant you will :

• Prepare journal vouchers and account reconciliations for assigned accounts.
• Review financial data regularly to ensure fairness and completeness of the data.
• Generate monthly reports as required by internal management, division, and SOX.
• Upload actual results to the division
• Complete ad hoc tasks as appropriate.

Schedule : M to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm

The ideal Senior Accountant candidate will have :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Five to eight years of experience in accounting functions (month-end close, journal entry preparation, GL account analysis, etc.).
• CPA preferred
• Ability to perform accurate work under minimal supervision
• Strong analytical skills
• Capable of handling complex issues and problems, with the ability to refer highly complex issues to senior staff.
• Strong problem-solving skills and solid knowledge of accounting practices.

Salary

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
