Our team is building a brand new fintech as a service offering with best-in-class capabilities across AI for finance, credit & debit card programs, banking as a service, enterprise billing, automated finance, and fraud prevention at scale.

Roles on the team : We are excited to offer multiple Software Development Engineering roles of various levels, including Associate Engineer, Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Staff Engineer, Sr.

Staff Engineer, and Principal Engineer. Our interview process will help determine which level is the best fit based upon skills, experience, and education.

As a software engineer on our team, you will get the opportunity to build products that delight users and drive major business impact, at scale.

What you will be doing :

• Translate product requirements into clean, maintainable, scalable, and well documented code.
• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems that provide value to end-users.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues to ensure business continuity, and a high bar for end-user experience.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
• Write unit & integration tests, implement observability, and comply with best practices for builds and deployment to ensure the quality and reliability of our platform.
• Provide live on-call support by participating in the team on-call rotation and owning production issues from root cause analysis to resolution to future prevention.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, security, compliance etc.) to bring ideas to life.
• Design elegant API interfaces and domain models to provide consistency across multiple downstream vendor integrations.
• Build secure, robust, scalable, and performant systems for processing transactions and managing customer data.
• Estimate project timelines, ensuring that projects you own stay on track and escalating as needed.

What you will need :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or directly relevant professional experience.
• Experience working projects from design to post launch operations, while setting and maintaining high standards of technical excellence across your team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, and a history of working effectively with your team and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience working on high scale or high stakes production software.
• Experience working with major Cloud providers like AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Interest in building FinTech, payment, or banking systems.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Solid computer science fundamentals including data structures, design patterns, and optimization.
• Proficiency in modern development frameworks and languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Rust, Ruby).
