- Completes required new hire training
- Always provides required paperwork and scanning for dispatch
- Seeks to learn products and their application for the end users

- Demonstrates legal and thorough knowledge of tie down rules and regs
- Understands weight, height, and length limits
- Ensures that all material transported on the truck has either an invoice or Material Returns Form
- Continues to participate in training as available
- Learning best practices related to efficient loading, strapping, and driving
- Always arrives on time and prepared to work
- Consistently finishes all work before leaving each day

- Knowledge of vehicle safety audits and reports of any malfunctioning equipment as required by Federal and state regulations and company policy
- Ability to manage time and routes for a streamlined delivery experience
- Open and transparent communication
- Familiarity with GPS devices or map applications
- Driving experience within 50-mile radius of primary location *preferred*
- Ability to work cordially, professionally, diplomatically and with a high level of customer service in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrate sound judgment in dealing with sensitive business matters with internal and external customers of all types
- Must maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all information related to company finances and records, particularly, cost of goods purchased and sold
- Ability and willingness to identify processes, tools and / or procedures that may be improved upon in an effort to improve the workplace and outcomes for our customers
- Ability to function independently, as part of a team, and as a leader within your own cohort with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to excellence

- Must be able to lift up to 90 lbs.
