The Graphic Designer will support and collaborate with the Lead Designer to create eye-catching printed materials — from menus and labels to cups and toast boxes. This role will also help shape seasonal campaigns and merch launches, adding visual flavor to every brand moment.
The ideal candidate brings a sharp eye for detail, a passion for brand storytelling, and the ability to translate creative direction into visually compelling assets. Working closely with marketing and operations, the Graphic Designer will contribute to both day-to-day creative needs and big-picture brand evolution.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
- Prepare finished art by operating applicable equipment and software.
- Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues.
- Support team objectives by completing tasks and assisting with priority projects, as needed.
- Communicate design concepts and layout recommendations to clients.
- Utilize software (i.e. Photoshop) to create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
- Review final layouts with the Graphic Designer and suggest related improvements.
- Develop creative visual concepts, designs, and layouts for a variety of marketing materials, including menus, signage, promotional materials, social media content, and packaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements, objectives, and target audience for various projects.
- Maintain brand consistency by ensuring all designs and assets follow established guidelines and visual standards.
- Create eye-catching graphics that effectively communicate messages and promotions to engage customers and drive foot traffic.
- Remain current with design trends and techniques to continuously elevate the client’s design aesthetics.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Work closely with printers and vendors to ensure the quality of printed materials meets expectations.

High school diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferredA minimum of 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative field requiredPrevious experience as a Graphic Designer in computer-aided design, preferably with a focus on food and beverage branding or related design workStrong portfolio showcasing a range of design deliverables, including print materials, digital graphics, and branding elementsWillingness to work onsite in the office full-time, 5 days / weekPhysical Requirements :
