About The Position
Job Title : Computed Tomography Technologist Job Specialty : Computed Tomography (CT) Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Days Varied Scheduling : 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM, 7 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM, 8 : 30 AM - 6 : 00 PM (Minimum 36 hours per week) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum 2 years of current / recent CT experience;
travel experience desired; experience in critical access hospital encouraged License : American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) by American Heart Association (AHA) Must-Have : - Experience in performing EKGs, placing Holter monitors (Zio) patches, and stress tests- Ability to work independently- Venipuncture experience preferred Job Description : Operate GE DR Room, GE DR Portable, Siemens 64-slice CT Scanner, and Philips EKG machine- Handle an average of 7-10 cases per day- Perform EKGs, place Holter monitors (Zio) patches, and conduct stress tests- Manage scheduling and prior authorizations independently- Participate in on-call rotation, one call night per week, and every fourth weekend (Friday evening to Monday morning)
