This is with a Public Accounting Firm and requires Public Accounting experience.

Job Title : Audit Senior

Job Location : Hybrid

Job Salary : $85k-$115k (DOE)

Requirements : 2 + Years of Public Accounting Tax Experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Audit Senior to join our dynamic team. The Audit Senior will be responsible for managing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing high-quality assurance services to our clients. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of financial reporting and enhancing the overall effectiveness of audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion in accordance with firm and regulatory standards.

Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and support to ensure quality work is delivered.

Prepare and review financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Communicate with clients to understand their business operations and provide recommendations for improvement.

Identify and assess audit risks and develop effective strategies to mitigate them.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm.

Strong knowledge of audit processes and principles.

CPA certification is highly preferred.

Experience with Employee Benefit Plans (EBP) is a plus.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
