RESPONSIBILITIES :
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Process Technician in Fremont, CA.Responsibilities :
- Process Technician will perform technical tests and experiments for process engineering
- Performs setup of processing equipment
- Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products
- Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel
REQUIREMENTS :
- Wafter Process experience
- Experience with CD-SEM metrology, ellipsometry, and defect characterization
- Wafer processing experiment preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
