Crew Member Qualifications :
- Willingness to learn food and beverage knowledge
- Willingness to learn and follow coffee and tea recipes
- Excellent customer service, professional demeanor, and appearance
- Ability to operate cash register system and handle transactions accurately
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Physical capability for standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Commitment to following company policies, airport regulations, and safety protocols
- Willingness to process a Background Check
Crew Member Responsibilities :
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service, including greeting, answering questions, and processing orders
- Handling cash transactions accurately and maintaining proper change levels
- Performing barista and food preparation duties as needed
- Maintaining cleanliness, stocking, and organization of work areas
- Participating in daily side-work tasks and upholding uniform standard
