TRG is seeking an experienced Operational Energy Project Manager to provide support to the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Energy Resilience and Optimization (ODASD(ER&O).

This position is currently hybrid. Work may be performed at the customer facility in Alexandria, VA (The Mark Center - https : / / markcenter.

com / ), The Pentagon, at the TRG headquarters in McLean, VA, or remotely.

This position is Contingent upon Contract Award.

Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Core hours are between 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Provide consistent support and proactive oversight of relevant energy resilience and resourcing processes and identify gaps and opportunities relative to threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation options.
  • Develop and cultivate partnerships to advance organizational priorities and mission.
  • Provide logistical supportability of operations; operational risk reduction; contingency base development and operations;

air, sea, and land platform energy requirements : Inter and intra-theater fuel flows, capacity, distribution, and sources of energy supply and demand, facilitating the Joint deliberate planning process.

Institutionalize lessons learned for future operations; and analysis of logistics, supply and other systems that may provide options for reducing theater energy demands.

Experience and Technical Qualifications :

  • Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
  • A minimum of 20 or more years of progressively responsible experience of which at least 10 years is experience in program / project management of DoD utilities / energy, Federal Agency utilities / energy, or large private sector utility systems is required.
  • Master's Degree in a recognized engineering, scientific, technical, management or related discipline that is relevant to the contract and experience at the OSD level is preferred.
