Data Analyst

Job Description

• Create and maintain Salesforce Reports & Dashboards on demand
• Write Business Requirements for Salesforce updates
• Supervise analysts to establish deadlines and produce materials
• Develop KPIs to assess performance, using a mix of quantitative and qualitative metrics
• Work cross-functionally to identify gaps and areas of improvement
• Working with departments as they implement, refine, review, and modify processes and systems.
• Design custom solutions to improve processes, performance, and mitigate escalations
• Author and disseminate Technical Guides for software updates and process changes
• Create Training Materials for attorneys, paralegals, and customer service (New Hires and Workshops)
• Analyze data and produce useful data visualizations for management
• Project future caseloads by location for hiring purposes
• Build and maintain intranet sites and document libraries using Microsoft SharePoint
• Build performance scorecards
• Work with speech analytics software to evaluate phone team performance
• Draft scripting and email templates for client-facing teams

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Proficient in Visual Basic (VBA)
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience working with Salesforce
• Strong research, math, and computer skills.
• Excellent problem solving, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze processes and data
• Prior supervisory / management experience
• Experience within the legal field, quality assurance or project management is preferred
