Job Description
- Assist with the management of physical and digital paperwork, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Reconcile part number lots and manage complex paperwork exercises.
- Conduct and document First Article Inspections (FAI), which includes a 20-30 minute inspection followed by up to 3 days of paperwork.
- Provide cross-training to team members as needed.
- Schedule vendor meetings and maintain accurate meeting records.

- Candidates must be open to working five days in office and commutable to Amesbury, MA.
- Must be immediately available to begin working.
