Family Law Attorney Needed, No Experience Necessary

Job Title : Associate Attorney (2-12 Years Experience) Family Law

We are looking for a motivated and driven attorney with 2-12 years of experience in any legal field. No prior family law experience is necessary;

we will provide extensive training.

Job Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in family law matters including marriage, civil unions, domestic partnerships, adoption, surrogacy, child support, and child custody cases.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on legal strategy and case management.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Participate in settlement negotiations, hearings, and trials.
• Provide sound legal advice to clients, maintaining a client-focused and empathetic approach.

Qualifications :

• 2-12 years of experience as a practicing attorney (experience in family law is not required).
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in family law matters.
• Commitment to providing excellent legal representation to clients.
• Licensed to Practice Law in Oklahoma
