Maintenance Associate-Yard and Property-1st Shift

Job Title

Primarily responsible for the cultivation and care of grounds / yard surrounding facility. Performs all work in compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.

Responsibilities And Tasks :

• Under minimal supervision, ensure grounds / yard surrounding facility are well maintained
• Perform landscaping duties such as mowing, planting, weeding, fertilizing, pruning etc to ensure plants, shrubs and trees remain healthy
• Perform minor facility exterior maintenance such as sweeping / clearing sidewalks, painting, lightbulb replacement and / or other minor structural repairs etc.
• Assist others when requested in the repair and maintenance of grounds and facility
• Work in compliance with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
