We’re seeking skilled Estimators to join a growing team that supports projects across sectors such as chemical, food & beverage, oil & gas, heavy industrial, and power. These roles offer the chance to influence project success by delivering precise, competitive, and timely cost estimates for high-value work.

Required Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of estimating experience, ideally with industrial construction projects (field experience a strong plus).
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency with advanced estimating software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail, precision, and accuracy.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop comprehensive cost estimates, including material take-offs, labor, equipment, and subcontractor bids.
  • Lead the preparation of detailed bid proposals and supporting documentation.
  • Conduct cost analysis and guide value engineering efforts to identify cost savings.
  • Build and maintain vendor, supplier, and subcontractor relationships to secure competitive pricing.
  • Utilize advanced estimating software for precise calculations and reporting.
  • Maintain thorough records of estimates, bids, and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and accuracy.
  • Mentor and support junior estimators, fostering professional growth and team success.
