POSaBIT is a growth stage fintech company based in the Greater Seattle Area. We are innovators in the cannabis industry, providing software solutions for point-of-sale and payments that cater specifically to cannabis retailers across the country.

Our platform ensures compliance, enhances customer experiences, and optimizes operations for over 500 locations across the US.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to add to our growing team! This role will be responsible for upholding our excellent customer service standards and fostering relationships with our client base located across the country.

We are looking for a passionate and energizing individual who is able to advocate for our customers and become a subject matter expert in the industry.

Responsibilities :

  • Bring passion and energy to every customer interaction and foster relationships with all clients
  • Manage large amounts of customer inquiries, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information and meticulously upkeep data in the CRM tool
  • Proactively solve problems and determine when to escalate complex situations
  • Be flexible and available to help other POSaBIT teams improve the customer experience
  • Constantly improve Product knowledge

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of customer support experience
  • 1-2 years experience in client services roles
  • Experience or familiarity with the cannabis industry
  • High volume inbound / outbound call experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, be adaptable, and manage tasks effectively
  • Must be okay with working remotely and on holidays and weekends
  • Bonus : Salesforce and cannabis POS / Payments software experience

Compensation Range : $67,724.80 - $75,500.00
