Description :

Columbia MRI requirements include Level I trauma experience.

Previous travel experience will be considered, accepting 1st time travelers with 2 years of Level I trauma experience.

Candidates must have experience with Siemens, McKesson, and Cerner systems.

Adult ICU, Pediatrics, and Adult Acute Care experience is required.

A minimum of 1 year of experience is necessary.

BLS and ARRT or ARMRIT certification are required.

Skills desired include expertise in various MRI imaging techniques such as Abdomen, Brain, Chest, and others.

Experience with trauma Level I is required, while trauma Level II is preferred.

The patient population includes neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

The daily census reflects a 24 / 7 department with an average of 1 patient per hour, totaling around 20 visits per day.

The unit has 3 MRI rooms equipped for various procedures.

Interdisciplinary support is available from IV teams, respiratory services, social services, and more.

Floating to other units may be required as part of the job.

The position requires candidates to have at least 50% availability on holidays and weekends.

References from a charge nurse or above are required upon submission.
