2. 6+ years' deep technical and architectural experience with SailPoint Identity-IQ and 2-3+ years' experience with IdentityNow solutions
3. 4+ years' architectural experience with Thycotic or Cyberark solutions
Qualifications
- Provide stellar IAM user and stakeholder support
- Process IAM operations ticket queue (requests and incidences)
- Process Jira project tickets, as assigned
- Actively monitor data integrations and data quality, correcting issues as the arise and escalating to next-tier support as needed
- Investigate and remediate any action alerts
- Conduct rootcause, use case, and gap / trend analysis, collaborating with next-tier support as needed
- Complete and / or coordinate IAM systems maintenance for patching and upgrades
- Conduct reporting and data clean-up activities
- Pull and prepare audit artifacts
- Build and maintain knowledge-based articles
- Recommend product enhancements and bug fixes
- Recommend process improvements
- Continuously seek operations, product and IAM customer experience improvements
- Collaborate closely with fellow IAM team members, as well as end-users and IAM stakeholders
- 3+ years of related hands-on operations analyst experience
- Experience with Identity and Access Management tools and / or processes is preferred
- Good understanding of identity / access management and security best practices
- Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint Identity-IQ, SailPoint Identity-Now, Thycotic, Britive, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory is preferred
- Familiarity with workstream tools such as Service Now, Jira, Confluence is a plus
- Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Well organized, detail oriented, analytical thinker and problem-solver
- Collaborative team player, who will work closely with IAM and other teams
- Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal skills with an ability to convey technical concepts in business terms
- Knowledge of other IAM practices and systems’ interoperability is a plus
- Great technical and process documentation skills
- Enthusiastic about learning and incorporating new tools and processes to improve the user experience and build operational efficiencies
