Description

The Department of Literature and the Writing Studies Program in the College of Arts and Sciences at American University invites applications for a number of adjunct faculty positions, including College Writing positions, for upcoming Academic Years.

Rank will depend on an applicant’s highest degree earned in Literature or Composition. The applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

The Department of Literature offers both undergraduate and graduate degree programs. The Department is organized under the College of Arts and Sciences, which is where scholarship in the Arts, Humanities, and Sciences is pursued.
