Key Responsibilities :

Lead & Mentor : Oversee and develop a team of tax professionals, ensuring efficient and accurate tax preparation and driving team performance.

Tax Strategy & Planning : Design and implement sophisticated tax planning strategies, optimizing savings while maintaining compliance.

Tax Compliance : Ensure that all filings adhere to federal, state, and local tax laws.

Client Relationship Management : Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as their go-to advisor for all tax-related needs.

Collaboration : Work with accounting and business management teams to provide holistic financial services to clients.

Requirements

Leadership Experience : Must have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a CPA firm.

Professional Expertise : Minimum of 5+ years in tax advisory, specializing in high-net-worth individuals and complex tax situations.

Education & Certification : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with CPA or EA certification required.

Skills : Strong leadership and project management skills, excellent client communication, and proficiency in tax software and MS Office.

Proactive & Detail-Oriented : A passion for problem-solving and optimizing tax solutions for clients.

Team-Oriented Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
